About the role
Role - Machine Learning/AI Location – Remote Mode – Contract (C2C,1099,W2) Technical Lead (Data & AI): Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions, lead engineering teams, and build scalable, governed data products using Azure Databricks and modern AI-enabled analytics platforms. Must Have Skills: * Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL * Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture * Unity Catalog and semantic modeling * Enterprise Data & AI solution architecture and technical delivery * Technical leadership, team mentoring, and code/design reviews * Sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release management * Data governance, security, quality, and performance optimization * Marketing Intelligence platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo Good to Have Skills: * AI/GenAI-enabled analytics * Databricks Genie and Conversational BI * Digital marketing data platforms and integrations * Experience building governed data products Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end technical delivery from architecture and design through deployment and production release. * Guide engineering teams on solution design, coding standards, reviews, and technical issue resolution. * Manage delivery execution, sprint planning, dependencies, risks, quality, and performance. * Coordinate with architecture, DevOps, engineering, and business stakeholders. * Translate Marketing Intelligence requirements into scalable data products integrating Salesforce, Marketo, Databricks Genie, and Conversational BI.
