Senior Full Stack GenAI Engineer (AWS / Python / React) W2 only Minimum 15+ years of experience MS Teams Job Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on experience building and operating production-grade Generative AI applications and agents. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, React, AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, with experience delivering both backend [contact hidden] and user-facing interfaces. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production GenAI agents, workflows, and applications. - Build full-stack solutions using Python, React, SQL, and REST APIs. - Develop and operate AWS-based production workloads, including security, networking, identity, and monitoring. - Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infrastructure as code using Terraform. - Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, evaluation, failure handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows. - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, PHI handling, and security requirements. - Work directly with business users and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Collaborate with vendor engineers, mentor team members, and communicate technical solutions effectively. Required Skills - 15+ years of software engineering experience. - 3+ years of experience delivering production GenAI agents, workflows, or applications. - Strong hands-on experience with Python and React. - Production experience with AWS, including deployment and operational ownership. - Hands-on experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions, including CI/CD and infrastructure [contact hidden]. - Strong understanding of SQL, REST APIs, service design, and production support. - Experience operating applications in production, not just building prototypes or consuming managed platforms.
