The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development experience combined with hands-on expertise in GenAI, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, and intelligent AI agent development. The role involves building scalable AI-enabled business applications, developing conversational assistants, integrating LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms, and delivering secure, production-ready solutions across the entire software development lifecycle. Skills aligned with enterprise GenAI engineering include Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Python, Google Gen AI, Vertex AI, and cloud-based AI solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development - Design and develop responsive, scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. - Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications. - Develop cloud-native applications leveraging GCP services. - Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API management. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Generative AI Engineering - Develop AI-powered applications using Claude AI, Vertex AI, Gemini, and enterprise LLMs. - Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. - Build AI Assistants, Copilots, Agentic AI solutions, and conversational chat interfaces. - Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable prompt libraries. - Integrate vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search capabilities. - Evaluate and optimize LLM performance, accuracy, and responsiveness. Cloud & DevOps - Deploy and manage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform. - Build CI/CD pipelines for application and AI model deployment. - Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and governance controls. - Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and data engineers to deliver AI solutions. Preferred - Healthcare domain experience. - Salesforce or CRM platform integration experience. - Experience developing AI-enabled customer service, provider, contact center, or healthcare workflow solutions. - Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security standards.
