About the role
Job Title- Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer – Production GenAI Location- Memphis, TN (REMOTE) Interview- Video Candidates must have hands-on production ownership of AWS workloads, Python/React applications, CI/CD, and Terraform infrastructure. Experience limited to consuming managed platforms or editing existing templates is not sufficient. Required: 6–8 years of software engineering experience. 3+ years building and shipping production GenAI agents, workflows, or applications, including evaluation, failure handling, and human-in-the-loop review. Strong hands-on experience with Python, React, AWS, GitHub Actions, and Terraform. Proven ownership of production AWS workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Experience delivering both backend services and user-facing interfaces. Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, service design, AWS networking, identity, and operational security. Ability to build AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, PHI handling, and compliance requirements. Preferred: Experience in insurance, claims, healthcare, or other regulated operational environments. Knowledge of machine learning, model fine-tuning, and graph databases such as Neo4j. Experience with PydanticAI or similar agent frameworks. Familiarity with agent observability, AI Ops, and LLMOps. Experience working directly with business users to co-develop solutions.
