About the role
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite Duration: 12+ months Due to the nature and urgency of this role, we are currently unable to support C2C or H1-B transfers. What You'll Work On Build and deploy production ROS2 systems on Linux, including nodes, drivers, and lifecycle management. Develop high-performance, low-latency systems using C++ and Python. Work with NVIDIA Jetson / Embedded Linux platforms and real robotics hardware. Integrate CAN, CAN-FD, EtherCAT, UDP/Ethernet, and other industrial communication protocols. Wrap and integrate vendor C/C++ SDKs. Build high-bandwidth sensor pipelines involving cameras, IMUs, depth sensors, and LiDAR. Work with Iceoryx / Cyclone DDS and zero-copy transport technologies. Connect on-robot [contact hidden] with AWS cloud and fleet-management systems. What We're Looking For You should have strong hands-on robotics or embedded [contact hidden] experience and meet at least 2 of these 3 areas: Production ROS2: Nodes, drivers, lifecycle, Iceoryx/Cyclone DDS. Embedded Linux & Fieldbus: NVIDIA Jetson, C/C++ SDK integration, CAN/CAN-FD, EtherCAT, UDP/Ethernet. Sensor Pipelines: Cameras, IMUs, depth sensors, LiDAR, and ROS2 data integration. Additional requirements: 5-8+ years of industry experience with real hardware integration Strong C++, Python, Linux, multithreading, and low-latency systems experience BS/MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
