Organization: [contact hidden] Role: RL Environment Creation - World Building [Legal, Compliance & Paralegals] Type: Hourly Remote Contract Pay: $90/hr Location: Remote About the Role [contact hidden] is conducting a paid study focused on modeling professional legal and compliance work inside reinforcement learning environments. Participants will map realistic scenarios from their area of expertise, define relevant rules, constraints, decision points, and potential outcomes, and use a scenario-building platform to create simulated professional workflows. The project is designed for professionals who understand how legal and compliance decisions are made in real-world settings and can clearly explain the principles and constraints that guide those decisions. Who This Is For - Compliance officers with professional experience in regulatory and compliance workflows - Lawyers with practical experience handling legal matters and decision-making - Paralegals and legal assistants familiar with legal processes and documentation - Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, or compliance decision-making - Comfortable using new technical platforms and clearly explaining professional workflows What You'll Do - Map realistic legal and compliance scenarios using platform tools - Define rules, variables, constraints, and decision logic within those scenarios - Explain how legal and compliance professionals approach common situations - Identify potential outcomes and decision points in professional workflows - Provide feedback on the accuracy and usability of the scenario builder
