Lead Software Engineer - GenAI & Full Stack Location: Columbus, OH - Local candidates only Interview process: 2 rounds (Tech Screen, MS Teams) Java/Python/Gen AI Lead/Senior Required Skills: - 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. - Full-Stack Development - 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications. - Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap. - Generative AI Engineering - 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications. - Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies. - Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions. - Enterprise Application Development - 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. - Agile & Self-Starter Mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight. Description/Comment: (Responsibilities) - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. - Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. - Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. - Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. - Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks. - Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences. - Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks. - Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities. - Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions. - Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency. Desired Skills: - 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment. - Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
