About the role
岗位职责： 1.参与搜广推各个功能模块的设计和实现，构建高可靠性、高可用性、高可扩展性的引擎系统，满足日趋复杂的业务需求。 2.实现搜广推算法部署与芯片，硬件的深度融合和优化，指导芯片，硬件的前端设计，提供有竞争力的软硬件总体解决方案 3.具备跨职能沟通与横向影响力。 任职要求： 1）计算机、电子、通信、人工智能等相关专业重点院校本科及以上学历10年以上，研究生8年以上工作经验 2）有国内大型互联网公司（字节、腾讯、阿里、百度）或者是大模型公司相关工作经验 3）熟悉华为昇腾/NVIDIA GPU或其它GPU的使用和调优、熟悉搜广推技术；
