About the role
岗位职责： 1、负责网卡/DPU设备的技术研发、架构设计与算力网络软硬结合解决方案设计智能算力基础设施层的规划、GPU/DPU等异构计算网络架构设计、RDMA/vGPU等核心技术研发、智能算力网络整体方案交付 2、负责其他厂家网卡/DPU、服务器的技术合作，提升各种硬件场景下的综合网络性能。 3、探索智能算力网络领域新技术并应用到产品，使产品持续保持在技术上的竞争力 任职要求： 1、硕士研究生8年以上工作经验，本科10年以上工作经验 2、满足以下至少2条开发经验要求： ---精通Linux嵌入式开发，具备内核模型开发经验。 ---熟悉算力网络与虚拟化技术，熟悉virtio、dpdk、vdpa、sriov等技术原理，了解OVS、LVS等网络组件。 ---熟悉RDMA协议，具备RDMA的应用优化及拥塞控制算法优化工作经验，熟悉IB网络/RoCE。 3、满足以下至少1条优先录用： ---具备标准网卡、智能网卡、DPU卡等驱动开发或产品设计经验优先录用 ---具备网络设备厂商产品研发经验优先录用
