About the role
岗位职责： 1、负责大模型领域最新技术在落地应用的算法设计（包括模型结构设计和演进判断）或者是训练设计（包括预训练、后训练相关的语料配比、训练方法等），可以是大模型的视觉、图片和语言理解方向，自动驾驶、具身智能方向等，明确模型训练和推理的计算细节。 2、负责模型训推提效，可以是模型剪枝、量化、算子优化、网络效率优化。 任职要求： 1）计算机、电子、通讯、人工智能等相关专业重点院校本科及以上学历10年以上，研究生8年以上工作经验 2）有国内大模型相关公司，包括底层算力平台（华为升腾），互联网（字节、腾讯、美团、阿里、百度等），自动驾驶公司（理想、蔚来、地平线等） 3）在某个应用方面，或训推性能方面有成熟经验和深刻理解
