About the role
岗位职责： 1.AI大模型核心算法研发，包含核心算法设计、开发与优化等； 2.算法与芯片协同设计，深入分析具身智能大模型（LLM/VLM/VLA）的计算需求和性能瓶颈，与芯片设计团队紧密合作，研究和开发算法与芯片硬件的协同优化策略； 3.高效部署与性能优化，负责算法在自研大算力芯片/嵌入式平台上的高效部署、验证与调优，包括但不限于模型低精度量化、压缩、裁剪及推理优化，极致提升芯片能效比。 任职要求： 1.计算机相关专业，硕士8年以上工作经验，博士5年工作经验（优先），发表过大模型相关研究AI顶会论文优先； 2.熟悉NLP、CV相关的算法和技术，熟悉大模型训练、RL算法者优先； 3.熟悉常见的模型小型化技术，如量化/剪枝/蒸馏等，熟悉onnx/tensorRT； 4.良好的代码开发能力，有开源项目开发经验优先； 5.良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。
