About the role
Title: GenAI Developer Location: Charlotte, TX, Plano, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time Required Skill and Experience: Experience in Generative AI concepts with hands on experience on LLM's Experience building RAG based applications Experience in Document Processing, Embedding Models, Semantic search, Vector Indexing Experience in LangChain, LangGraph, and any Agentic AI frameworks Have experience with any vector databases. Hands on development experience with Advanced Python programming. Preferred Skill and Experience: • Work with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Impala, PySpark) for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of data modeling and analytics best practices • Exposure to streaming or near-real-time analytics • Understanding of data governance and security frameworks • Partner with business users to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions • Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and query optimization across platforms.
