About the role
Position: Gen AI Developer Location: NYC-NY / Charlotte-NC/ Alpharetta, GA – Hybrid work from day one Duration: Long-Term Contract Type: W2 Only. All Visa works on W2. USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4EAD, L2-EAD, OPT-EAD, Asylum EAD. H1 Transfer also works. Job Description Software Requirements: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL - Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView - Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. Overall Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract insights and inform decision-making - Develop and implement AI and ML models for predictive and prescriptive analytics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven solutions - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports - Continuously evaluate and improve data-driven solutions to maximize impact - Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in AI and data science to drive innovation Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning - Ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience: - 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science or related field - Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a positive impact Day-to-Day Activities: - Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract insights and inform decision-making - Developing and implementing AI and ML models for predictive and prescriptive analytics - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven solutions - Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports - Continuously evaluating and improving data-driven solutions to maximize impact - Staying current on emerging technologies and trends in AI and data science to drive innovation Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - Master's degree in AI/ML/Data Science or related field is a plus - Professional certification in AI/ML/Data Science is a plus
