Position: Frontend Developer (Next.js / React.js) Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Interview Process: Interview with Coding Round Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing enterprise-grade user interfaces, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires hands-on coding expertise and the ability to participate in a rigorous technical interview process, including an in-person coding assessment. Required Skills 15+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience with React.js Strong experience with Next.js Expertise in Tailwind CSS Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture Experience with REST APIs and API integrations Knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI design Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using Next.js and React.js. Design and implement responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance. Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues across multiple browsers and devices. Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend strategy. Preferred Skills Experience with TypeScript Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library
