About the role
Role: AI Tech Lead Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months Experience (Years): 12-15+ Pay rate $57/hr on C2C (All-Inclusive — 6% Processing Fee) Job description: Must-Have - 12+ years of overall software development experience - 3+ years in a technical lead - Strong expertise in Python for AI/ML and backend development - Hands-on experience with React (ReactJS) and modern frontend frameworks - Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production - Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system architecture - Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and SDLC AI / ML Skills - Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face - Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models is a plus - Familiarity with model deployment, inference optimization, and MLOps concepts - Cloud & DevOps (Preferred) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of scalable and secure AI system design Nice-to-Have - Experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, or prompt engineering - Knowledge of data engineering tools and pipelines - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Prior experience building AI-driven enterprise or SaaS products
