About the role
AI Strategist/ Gen AI Engineer Location: Rosemead, CA Work Model: Preferably Onsite / Hybrid (3 Days per Week from Office) Experience – 12+ Job Summary We are seeking an AI Strategist to define and execute AI adoption strategies, identify high-value business use cases, and drive implementation of AI and Generative AI capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute enterprise AI strategy and roadmap. - Identify business opportunities for AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions. - Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI initiatives. - Define governance, responsible AI, and data management frameworks. - Assess emerging AI technologies and industry trends. - Support AI program delivery and organizational adoption. - Measure business outcomes and ROI from AI investments. Required Skills - 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or data/AI programs. - Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise data ecosystems. - Experience defining AI roadmaps and business cases. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. Preferred - Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI, Google AI, or related platforms. - Consulting or enterprise strategy background. - Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks.
