The JY Tech talent marketplace

What it is

We serve two groups: students, new graduates and experienced professionals — especially candidates who need a work visa or are looking across borders — and employers hiring in tech, finance, law, life sciences and beyond.

For candidates

1. Job board and filters

   Filter by level, field, region and keyword, or show only roles that sponsor a work visa.

2. Open-to-overseas signals

   We read each job description and flag what the employer states about visa sponsorship, relocation support and Japanese-language requirements, so candidates abroad can find roles that explicitly accept them.

3. AI resumes

   Generate a resume from your background, or tailor it to a specific role. It only uses what you provide and never invents experience.

4. Auto-apply

   On supported applicant-tracking systems, we submit applications on your behalf, following your settings, and track their progress.

5. Export

   Members can save any single role as a PDF; Pro members can export selected roles or a whole filtered list to Excel.

6. Career advisors

   JYCareer advisors offer one-on-one career planning, resume reviews, interview coaching and referrals.

Where the roles are

A role can list several locations, so the regional figures add up to more than the total.

Where listings come from

Listings come from employers' public applicant-tracking feeds (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and others), public internship and new-grad aggregators, public remote-job feeds (Himalayas, Jobicy), and roles sent in by recruiters and agencies, which we review before publishing. Every listing links to the original posting.

Listings sync daily: a role the employer takes down is removed the next day, and a recruiter role that isn't renewed is marked expired after 30 days.

  We work with recruiters and agencies and publish their roles after review; terms are set by a written agreement.
